"I was advertised the wrong service"
I was advertised the wrong service. I was supposed to get unlimited mileage with the car that I booked through you but at the counter I was told that the car comes with only 200 kilometers a day. Now I am not being offered any service by ur booking team. I was hung up on, I was told that I am wasting my time. I was told that there are no supervisors for me to talk to. And offered no explanation as to why there was a discrepancy between what I paid for and I what I was getting. The only solution offered to me was to email the refund team and hope to get a refund. I have a trip planned out for tomorrow May 12th. I've booked a room, I've hired a sitter for my dog and now I'm unable to get the car which I paid for because of your incompetence.

The ease of drop off and collection. The staff were friendly and helpful specually Asmaa who was an arabic speaker. It was fair price.

I purchased Roadside Assistance for a car rental in New Zealand.
Not until after the booking had been confirmed did it mention that this involves making a phone call to Latvia - or back to the UK. No number in New Zealand.
This whole things seems like a scam to me. I'd paid over £30 for "free cancellation", so I have cancelled the car hire, but the entire experience cost me over £30.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

"Miss the refund"
I did a booking in 5/4/23 for the end of the mounth (26/5 at 29/5) but unfortunately for personal reasons I had to cancel. As you can see in print attached.
According with the terms of the booking i only could pay 48.91€ and i didn't received the payment.
"worst experience I've ever encountered"
worst experience I've ever encountered. There was a long line of people who were trying to rent the cars at the Dollar/Thrifty and after 3 hours of waiting in line, the staff at the counter announced that they don't have the cars ready (though everyone in the line knew that they didn't have the cars available) to be rented. After another 3~4 hours of wait at rental center, they started calling the groups people to just take whatever cars available at the garage. Very disappointed and unsatisfied about this.

Booked a rental car from Thrifty through E.Bookings at Hartfield airport, Atlanta. Got to the rental counter where a throng of people were on line. It looked like the TSA line on a major holiday. Three hour wait just to talk to an agent.
E. Booking should know about poor service and adress the problem.

"Avoid if Possible"
First of all I'd like to highlight that the staff were very nice and tried to be helpful.
We ordered a compact car as we knew the roads would be narrow with steep inclines at the place we were staying.
When we arrived at the airport, we could not find any trace of SurPrice cars. The instructions indicated to go in the opposite direction of the official car rental area of the airport which was confusing. The way they read seemed to tell us to get the shuttle to the rental place, however SurPrice was not AT the rental area at the airport. The instructions did not say this. We also couldn't find the "parkingo" shuttle as there was no signpost of any kind and the instructions seemed to send you to the general shuttles (which is wrong). When we rang the numbers given there was no answer. We later found out that this was because the phone line goes to the same desk you collect your car from, so they can't answer the phone! So it took us at least an hour to find the shuttle. Not a good start.
Eventually we found the shuttle (a small branded van) in the shadow of the car park and got to the rental office. Chaos is a slight overstatement but we were there for an hour because the poor woman at the desk didn't understand the system and couldn't tell us clearly even a rough breakdown of the price. The smallprint of the contract is not easy to read at all so it felt very underhanded to charge a 900€ deposit unless we bought their car insurance. In fact it felt like extortion. We paid for the insurance at the deposit dropped to 300€. OK fine.
After all this time we went to the car to find that it was a huge car (not compact at ALL). At first we thought it'd be fine and maybe we had actually got a better car. Oh how wrong we were.
If we weren't in a rural area, it would have been actually pleasant. But Tuscany is rural, has small roads and we were easily the biggest car we saw that wasn't a work vehicle. The car barely fit in a lane if it wasn't the main road.
Then we got to the road that led us to our digs. Steep, rural and very tight roads. It wouldn't have an issue had we got the compact car we'd ordered but, having a gigantic car that wasn't 4x4 was a nightmare getting up and down. It was almost too heavy to pull itself up. But we made it! And without a scratch (although we annoyed all the neighbours which was embarrassing) We just wish we had got what we'd ordered, experience wise and car - wise.
We recommend paying a little extra and use one of the places at the airport, which seemed efficient and easy to use.

"I was billed twice for insurance"
I was billed twice for insurance. Once by economy bookings and once by national. The total for the insurance was almost $600, more than the rental. And I could not get credit.

"AVOID"
AVOID. Terrible service. Turned up to pick up my car....and the car rental was closed.
No help or reply back from EconomyBookings when requested. They implied the booking was fine....but never got back to me.
Their silence was deafening.
They are just a cheap middle-man making quick cash off customers without an ounce of concern about their welfare.
