"No surprise charges at checkout"
I booked a small car and, from the way the price was shown, I figured there probably wouldn’t be any weird add-ons later. Thankfully, that was exactly the case. The total stayed the same at checkout, and the taxes and extras were easy to see before I paid. Pickup matched the voucher too, so it all felt straightforward with no awkward surprises.

I booked a car through EconomyBookings and added the insurance mainly just to feel a bit safer about the trip. The choices were easy to find, and the price seemed fair enough, not amazing but not bad either. The only thing that threw me off was the coverage info before paying. I had to go back and read it a couple of times because I wasn’t totally sure what was included and what wasn’t. Maybe it was just me, but it felt a little unclear. The trip itself went fine and I didn’t need to make any claims, so I can’t really comment on that part. Overall, I felt covered and would give it 4 stars

The booking process was mostly okay, but a few parts weren’t as clear as I hoped, especially around the extra fees and insurance options. I found myself going back and double-checking details a couple of times, which made it feel a little more stressful than it needed to be. In the end, I got the car booked and everything worked out, so it wasn’t a bad experience. It just reminded me how much a smoother, more transparent process can make a difference when you’re trying to plan a trip

The car ran fine overall, so I guess it did the job, but I was a little disappointed with the condition. There were some dents, stains inside, and a few weird noises that made me wonder if something was off. Maybe I’m being picky, but it just didn’t feel like it was in great shape.

"Hard to get a straight answer"
I reached out sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it took a while to hear back. When they did reply, the answers were vague and didn’t really help much. I was just trying to get a clear response, but it ended up being more frustrating than I expected.

Had a couple little hiccups, but it still worked out okay in the end. Not perfect, but not a big deal either.

"Couldn’t Even Finish Booking"
I tried booking a car, but the site just kept freezing, freezing, and then sending me back to previous pages. The filters weren’t working right either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. After about 20 minutes of dealing with it, I just gave up

"Heads up: payment issue during booking"
Just a warning for anyone booking: the process was mostly okay, but my payment didn’t go through the first time and I had to try again. Support did respond later and it eventually got sorted, so it wasn’t a total disaster. After that, picking up the car went fine. Still, I’d keep an eye on the payment step so you don’t get caught off guard.

I booked a car through EconomyBookings and, everything was exactly as it should’ve been. The reservation details matched at the counter, the pickup time was right, and the price was spot on. There was a small wait, but it was nothing serious at all. I’m completely sure I’d use them again.

"Smooth Pickup Overall"
I went to pick up my car and the process was quick overall. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t too bad. The staff explained everything clearly enough and made sure I knew what was going on. All in all, it was a good experience and I left feeling satisfied

I canceled my booking and expected a much faster response about the refund. It took way longer than it should have, and the cancellation fee felt unfair. The whole process was more frustrating than I expected...

I booked a small SUV through EconomyBookings ahead of time, figuring everything would be set when I arrived. But when I got to the rental counter, they told me that car wasn’t available. This is where it got annoying — they basically offered me a smaller car or said I’d have to pay extra for something similar to what I originally booked. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely frustrating after planning ahead. I just feel like the availability shown when booking should be more accurate

Booking was easy enough, and the car was ready when I got there, so that part was totally fine. The price looked good at first too, and pickup was quick. Buuut after I returned the car, I got charged for a small bit of damage that I didn’t even notice beforehand. It took a while to get a clear answer from them, and it felt a liiittle unfair. Not the worst experience ever, but next time I’m definitely taking a bunch of photos before I drive away.

Had to wait a bit longer than I thought to get the car, probaby around 25 mins or so. The staff were nice though, and they got everything sorted in the end. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price I was happy with it. I’d use them again, just maybe not if I was in a big rush.

"Pickup Change Went Smoothly"
I had to change my pickup time and expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called support and the guy I spoke with was calm and handled it quickly, which I appreciated. It would’ve been nicer if changing the time was easier to do without calling, but overall it went fine and the help was solid.
